Before school started, I had quite low expectations about it, because, honestly, I had no idea what to expect. I've had two days of lessons now, and I must ask.. Am I weird if I say that school has become fun?
The school I came from was one of the best in Estonia, one of the so-called "elite". It was indeed a good school, giving the students a lot of extra knowledge. I totally see why people don't understand why I changed when I tell them where I came from. But the school was also rather conservative, reminding me more of something you'd expect to see deep in the 20th century. And the learning process was pretty repetitive. For someone like me, quite excruciating. Briefly, I left because I got fed up.

Getting into my new school was easy. A couple of easy tests, a conversation with the principal, and a little bit of paperwork. Luckily, some of the people from my old school and some old friends came to the same school with me, so I had my team of people to be with. Briefly, I'd say everything's much less fancy and formal than in my old school, but the important part, the learning process is much more interesting for me. I haven't met any bad or unpleasant teachers yet, and my new class seems nice. But I don't want to praise too much - it's only been two days. I can still say that my new school reminds me much more of what I saw in Finland. And I like that. Though, sometimes I feel like I'm already known as the little idiot who giggles at everything. But that's who I am. :)
